Together with his team, Michael Weigt, Chef de Cuisine of “Humboldt Catering” and the “Gendarmerie” restaurant, creates – amongst others – typical Berlin dishes which are interpreted in a new way, light and with international influences – from boiled eggs in mustard sauce to schnitzel and ham with fried eggs to doner kebab. But “Gendarmerie Highlights” such as entrecôte shouldn’t be missed either!
